900+ years old but looks like he's in his teens; male but looks like a very pretty girl. 4'7". There are no noticeable scars or distinguishing marks at first glance. If he's not wearing his clothing from home, he's probably still dressed very fashionably.

He is a tsukumogami - a spirit of the sword. In his case, he's the spirit of a tantou. For people who can sense such things, he has a decidedly nonhuman aura, so feel free to call him out on not being human if your character has powers that would keep them from being fooled! It's not like he makes any real effort to hide it, anyway.

If he's not hanging around the other swords making a nuisance of himself, he's probably just hanging around the city making a nuisance of himself! There's nowhere he absolutely won't go unless Ichigo outright forbids him from setting foot there, so you could feasibly encounter him pretty much anywhere.
